Welcome to the Hidden Springs of Salado Website. This website was created as a service to the members of our Property Owners Association (POA). We also welcome the public to view what our little piece of Central Texas has to offer.
Less than an hour from Austin and yet decades away in its peaceful beauty, Hidden Springs is the secret spot you have always imagined for your dream home, vacation retreat or second home. Each home site is perfectly placed among majestic oaks and elms.
Hidden Springs of Salado is a covenant based community with two, three, five, and ten acre homesites available.

Annual Membership Meeting at Salado Civic Center
Election of Hidden Springs POA Board and ACC are now ongoing. There are currently three property owners running for two positions on the Board and three property owners running for two positions on the ACC. Property owners should have received ballots via US Postal Service mail. Please cast votes No Later Than October 10th and return them to the HS POA mailing address on the self-addressed ballot, or bring your ballots with you to the annual meeting on October 20th.

Annual Maintenance Charges as prescribed in Article VI, Section 6.02 of the Declaration, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Hidden Springs is now due for all property owners. This annual maintenance charges cover the period October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. In accordance with the Covenants, payment is due No Later Than October 1, 2011 and must be received No Later Than October 31, 2011 to avoid interest and penalties. Checks should be made payable to the Hidden Springs Property Owners Association or Hidden Springs POA.
